Waukesha's Citizen Request Portal provides citizens with a means to quickly and easily report problems related to the City's infrastructure. Your requests will automatically be logged and a notification will be sent to the appropriate department for review. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received, as well as email updates as the issue is addressed.

Please use this portal to report Non-Emergency issues only. If the problem is an Emergency condition, please call 911 immediately. Also note: requests submitted through this portal after hours, on weekends, or holidays will not be immediately seen.
